Store & Thaw

In general, every 30-35 lbs of frozen meat takes up about 1 cubic foot. So, this 40lb bundle will take up less than 1.5 cubic feet in your freezer.

Ground beef will last a year in the freezer at its best quality. Thaw in a bowl of water or in the fridge. Once thawed, it should last 1-2 days in the fridge.
