Everyone loves bacon. Our Canadian bacon comes from the pork loin (the most tender part of the animal) and is cured, sliced, and ready to grill. 

Our pigs are raised rotationally on pasture and supplemented with non-GMO, chemical-free feed.

Our bacon is cured in an all-natural way, using only salt and raw cane sugar. It is cooked in the smoker for about 8 hours (not hot enough to be safely eaten raw - it still needs to be cooked).
