*Whole Chicken

This is a whole dressed chicken. Perfect for roasting, smoking, or even grilling (we recommend spatchcocking it first). These are young chickens raised as broilers - just for meat. They were on fresh grass daily with a menu of grass and insects supplemented with local, non-GMO grain.
