Easy & Quick Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers

These disappear faster than anything I've ever brought to a gathering. Even people who say they don't like spicy food end up going back for seconds.

Ingredients
- (12) Large Jalepeños
- (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
- (1lb) Regular Pork Bacon
- (optional - 1/2 cup shredded) Raw Mild Cheddar Cheese, 10 oz
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Mix the cream cheese (and shredded cheese if using) in a bowl
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture
- Wrap each stuffed pepper with a half-slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy
The combination of rich, grass-fed cream cheese and pastured bacon creates flavors that store-bought versions simply can't match. The cream cheese is naturally tangy and rich, while the bacon has that deep, satisfying taste that only comes from pigs raised on pasture.
