Buckwheat Pork Scrapple

Simple non-GMO ingredients and organs, too!

A traditional buckwheat pork scrapple made from pasture-raised pork—old-fashioned and deeply satisfying.

What Makes This Scrapple Special

This is a great product to enjoy with any meal of the day, and has a number of health benefits. The bone broth and organ meat are especially health-giving.

Our scrapple is made by cooking pig bones for several hours, then separating the broth, and adding the cooked meat and organs back to the broth. We also add cornmeal, buckwheat flour, salt and pepper. We cook until the mix becomes stiff. The mix is then left to cool and set up to be packed and frozen.

Our pigs are raised rotationally on pasture and supplemented with non-GMO, chemical-free feed.
