How It Works

- We harvest and process what you've ordered.
- We carefully pack your items for shipment on Tuesday
- UPS delivers to your door in 1, 2, or 3 days.

Effective July 21, 2025, the following free delivery and order minimums will be in place:

📦 Delivery & Shipping FAQ
We currently deliver to 24 states across the Midwest, South, and East Coast using UPS Ground (1-Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day shipping zones). Check the delivery map above to see if your state is eligible.

Orders that don’t meet the free delivery threshold will be charged the flat fee for your zone.
We pack and ship orders every Tuesday. Delivery typically takes 1–3 days depending on your zone. You’ll receive a UPS tracking number as soon as your box is on the way.
Every box is carefully insulated and packed with ice packs to keep your items cold and safe during delivery—no matter the season.
Nope! Boxes are designed to stay cold. Just bring your order inside as soon as you can after delivery.
We do our best to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. If your box is visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it and contact us at hello@prairiefoods.farm within 24 hours so we can make it right.
Our boxes are designed to keep food safe during transit. If items arrive partially thawed but still cold to the touch (40°F or below), they are safe to refrigerate or refreeze. If you have concerns about temperature or quality, take a photo and reach out to us right away.

Depends on your fulfillment method. If you're ordering for delivery to your home, orders must be placed by Sunday at 4pm EST to ship that week. If you're picking up locally, please see the details on your selected pickup location about deadlines.

Yes. All of our dairy products are raw, A2/A2, and come from 100% grass-fed cows. That means easier digestion and exceptional nutrition.
