Common Questions

How do I edit my next order?

Simply login and open your cart. You'll see everything in your next order as well as when you can start and stop editing your next order. Simply add, remove, or change quantities in your cart. Whatever is there when the deadline passes will be what we pack for you.

How do I skip my next order?

Log in and go to Account → Subscribe & Save. Click the "Skip" button. This cancels your current order and moves to the next scheduled date.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in and go to Account → Subscribe & Save. Scroll to the very bottom and click "Cancel Your Subscription." Make sure you cancel before the next order deadline if you don't want that order to go through.

How do I change how often I get orders?

Log in and go to Account → Subscribe & Save. You can change your frequency to weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, or every 2 months.

How do I change my delivery address or pickup location?

Sorry, you can't do this on your own. Contact us and we'll change it for you.

Can I place a one-time order between my subscription orders?

Unfortunately our system doesn't allow this right now, but if you contact us we can enter a one-time order for you. Or, you can set up a second account with a different email to place one-off orders.

Will I get a reminder before each delivery?

Yes! You'll get an email 3 days before your order deadline, giving you time to make any changes.

What happens if something is out of stock?

3 days before the deadline, you'll get an email with what's in your next order. Anything that's out will be clearly marked "Out of Stock". If you want it the next time it's available, just keep it on your subscription.
