Einkorn Flour, 3 lbs

 One of our fellow local Amish farmers in Clinton County grows this himself, threshes it by hand (as was done in olden times), and freshly grinds it himself. This is organically-grown, non-GMO, and chemical-free.

Einkorn is the world's most ancient wheat, one that was grown by people of biblical times. It is the only wheat that has never been hybridized. Einkorn has much more to offer than grains in popular use today. You may notice a noticable difference in the taste, quality, and health of this grain, vs. the wheat commonly used.
