Purchasing the 1/8 Beef Bundle allows you a quick and easy way to take the hassle out of deciding which cuts to get. Includes a variety of all of the favorite cuts.

Our 1/8 Beef Bundle includes: 40 lbs total of beef, including approximately 10 lbs roasts, 12 lbs steaks, and 18 lbs ground beef.

Packages of roasts and steaks usually include: 2 Delmonico (rib) steak, 2 New York strip (short loin), 1 Ranch steak, 2 Sirloin steak, 2 Sirloin tip steak, 1 Chuck roast (boneless), 1 Short ribs, 1 Shank, 1 Half brisket.

The 1/8 Bundle Beef is pre-packaged. We offer Halves and Wholes *Fresh* within our shop, on pre-order only. Click each item to read its' description.

This total weight of 40 lbs is guaranteed. Any difference in weight will be made up in the addition or subtraction of ground beef.Our beef is 100% grass-fed [ NO GRAIN FED EVER ] from the first breath the cows take, to their last. 

No antibiotics, wormers, growth hormones, or vaccines are ever used. No nitrates are used in any cured products.
