Storage & Shelf Life

Keep in the freezer for up to a year. Thaw in the fridge or quick thaw in a bowl of cold water on the counter. Once thawed, it will last 1-2 days in the fridge.

Creative Uses

• Make breakfast hash by sautéing ground beef with potatoes, peppers, onions, topped with eggs.
• Stuffed everything - peppers, zucchini boats, cabbage rolls, tomatoes, mushrooms, eggplant, and potato skins.
• Burgers... obviously. But try different toppings like feta and BBQ sauce.
• Make beef nachos for a crown pleasing snack.
