Soy-Free Ham End, cured & smoked

This end of the ham makes a great roast.

Our pigs are raised rotationally on pasture and supplemented with non-GMO, chemical-free feed.

Our ham is cured in an all-natural way, using only salt and raw cane sugar. It is cooked in the smoker for about 8 hours (not hot enough to safely eaten raw - it still needs to be cooked).
