*We're a small farm. Although we do our best to keep everything available and accurate, we do run out from time to time. If one cheese happens to be out of stock, we may sub with another.

Storage & Shelf Life

The mozzarella should last about 2 months in the fridge. The rest of the cheeses should last at least 4 months. Those estimates are for unopened cheese. Once opened, there are too many variable to predict shelf life (contaminants, time out of the fridge, etc). Once opened, store in an airtight bag for longest shelf life.
