Our Swiss is technically a Baby Swiss. It's a younger, creamier version of traditional Swiss cheese. It has the same mild, nutty, slightly sweet flavor you'd expect from Swiss... just without the large, frequent holes. You might notice some small indentations throughout, but the texture is smoother and creamier than a fully aged Swiss. It's a gentler, more approachable cheese that works beautifully on its own or melted into just about anything.
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, store tightly wrapped or sealed to maintain freshness.
