Raw A2/A2 100% grass-fed unsalted butter. The cows are raised on rotation and moved daily onto fresh pasture, so this butter is full of nutrition.
This butter is fresh from our cows. It can be frozen to lengthen its life. As long as the butter stays raw and is never heated, it never truly goes "bad."
Butter is made by churning cream until butter chunks appear, then separating the butter from the buttermilk and adding salt while pressing out the butter.
Comes in plastic containers.
