Store & Thaw

The milk, cream, and yogurt should last at least 7 days before it becomes too sour to palate. The cheese should last 2-4 months in the fridge. The butter will last a year in the freezer at best quality. Thaw in the fridge. It should last 2-4 months once thawed.

Of course, those estimates are based on unopened packages. Once opened, there are so many variables that can affect shelf life.
