About Whole Wheat

Whole wheat flour is made by milling the entire wheat kernel, giving it a heartier texture and a robust, classic flavor most people grew up with.

Because this bread is made using traditional sourdough fermentation, the dough slowly ferments before baking. This process develops flavor and helps break down certain compounds that can make modern breads harder to digest... just like our spelt bread.

Storage & Shelf Life

This bread is frozen when fresh to preserve quality. It arrives frozen and can be kept in your freezer until you're ready to use it.

To enjoy, thaw on the counter. Once thawed, store in a sealed bag and use within several days.
