Store & Thaw
The milk should last at least 7 days before it becomes too sour to palate. The eggs should last at least 6 weeks. The ground beef and chicken breasts will last a year in the freezer at their best quality. Thaw in a bowl of water or in the fridge. Once thawed, they should last 1-2 days in the fridge.
