Quarter Beef, 100% grass fed & finished

Not sure what to try? Get this quarter beef bundle to taste a bit of everything. Buying a quarter is more cost-effective than buying single cuts.

A non-refundable deposit of $200 and lead time of 1-2 weeks is included for these orders. The total cost of the quarter beef bundle is $998, plus shipping cost (when applicable). 

The Quarter Beef is pre-packaged. If you wish for a freshly processed Quarter, please order our *Fresh* option from our shop; lead time on fresh Quarters is 2-3 months. Fresh Quarters are sold at a discount and must be paid for partially with a personal written check.

The meat you will receive will weigh approximately 80 lbs and cost you around $12.48/lb, plus shipping.

A quarter of beef includes: 80 lbs total of beef, including approximately 25 lbs roasts, 21 lbs steaks, and 34 lbs ground beef.

Your order does not include bones, organ meats, tongue, oxtail, or unrendered fat; purchase a half beef to obtain bones, or a whole beef to obtain all of these items, or order a quarter beef and add desired items separately (when available).

Packages of roasts and steaks include: 2 Delmonico (rib) steak, 3 New York strip (short loin), 1 Filet mignon, 1 Flap steak, 1 Skirt steak, 1 Mock tender mignon, 2 Ranch steak, 1 Flat iron steak, 2 Sirloin steak, 2 Sirloin tip steak, 2 Chuck roast (boneless), 2 Short ribs, 2 Shank, 1 Eye of round (boneless), 1 Rolled rump (boneless), 1 Brisket (boneless).

This total weight of 80 lbs is guaranteed. Any difference in weight will be made up in the addition or subtraction of ground beef.
